Courses Announced

DLLR has approved some classes and promises to approve more. As classes are approved, they are being listed on the DLLR website.

In the meantime, some training providers have begun to announce upcoming pre-licensing certification classes. Local providers include:

Interestingly, the HITA courses listed above include daily one-hour internet marketing workshops.

It appears that licensing will become mandatory by January 1, 2008. Penalties for performing inspections in Maryland without a license are severe.
